A new build development of 21 apartments in Wigan, taking a cleared site through to a modern, characterful residential building.
The Old Bakery is a ground-up development of 21 apartments in Wigan. The existing structure was demolished to make way for a new brick and rendered building that balances warm brickwork with clean contemporary detailing.
The visualisation sets out the finished scheme; the site photography shows it being delivered, from groundworks and superstructure upward. Every apartment is built to a premium, lettable standard, with full mechanical and electrical installations and acoustic separation between units.
