Coconut Construction is a property development and construction company. Since 2009 we have transformed unused and old buildings, and underused land, into quality homes and commercial spaces across the UK.
Our portfolio runs to fifty-one completed properties and the full range of construction: estate-wide works for housing trusts and councils, the conversion of barns, pubs and listed buildings, and ground-up residential developments across England and Scotland.
